Matthias Heuermann studied visual communication and film at the HdK in Berlin. After his studies he worked for different tv and film productions as camera operator. Since 2007 he is a freelance director, cutter and camera operator in music and visual art productions such as the Podium Festival, the D-bü competiton of german music universities and the Armida quartet. He is part of the project LausitZukunft.
