Stefan Kaegi stages documentary theater plays, radio plays and urban space productions in a wide variety of constellations. In 2010 Stefan Kaegi received the “Routes Award for Cultural Diversity” from the European Cultural Foundation. From 2006 to 2011 Kaegi often worked together with Lola Arias: most recently in “Chácara Paraíso” with Brazilian police officers and in “Airport Kids” with globalized nomads between the ages of 7 and 13. In 2010 the two co-invented and curated the transportable festival for urban interventions “Ciudades Paralelas” in Berlin, Buenos Aires, Warsaw and Zurich.
