Larry Macaulay is the award winning founder/editor in chief, at Refugee Radio Network in Hamburg and Vice President of the Board, of Community Media Forum Europe (CMFE) in Brussel where he actively contributes to shaping policies that promote inclusivity, integration, and representation within the media landscape. He established the Conference on Migration & Media Awareness (CMMA) in Hamburg, a pivotal initiative aimed at giving refugees and migrants a stronger and more influential voice across Europe. He co-founded the impactful Migrantpolitan project at Kampnagel, leveraging practical examples to bridge the gap between communities and media. He has also conducted an array of workshops and awareness programs, both in Europe and globally, shedding light on the intersection of migrants and media and championing a more inclusive future.
