Sounding Situations develops innovative music theatre, where performers, musicians, sound, and audiences encounter each other in both physical and imaginary spaces. The collective’s projects create multilayered artistic environments in which political art, current social questions, reality, and utopia merge.

The collective frequently works internationally across countries, continents, and cultural boundaries, developing trans-traditional experiments that open up new perspectives and explore the diversity of shared human experiences. Since 2014, Sounding Situations has been investigating theatrical situations at the intersection of theatre, staging, and music.
